Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development by reason of its size, location, siting and scale of parking facilities, would give rise to an unacceptable level of overlooking, disturbance, noise and fumes and an impracticable arrangement for refuse collection and would comprise unacceptable cramped development out of character with the locality. It would therefore be contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies BE8, H2 and H6 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
