Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/04/00825/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) This permission is limited to a period expiring on 31/7/05 or the first occupation of the replacement dwelling on the site, whichever shall be the sooner, when the use shall be discontinued and the mobile home removed unless before that date the District Planning Authority has granted permission for its continuation and/or its retention.
REASON: To enable the District Planning Authority to review the uses, buildings and structures when the permission expires, given the Green Belt location of the site and the unappropriateness of the development for retention.

2) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan received 23/6/04 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
