Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed first floor rear extension would, because of its height and depth, result in unaccepable loss of outlook and loss of light, which would be harmful to the living conditions of residents at Number 24 South Street. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies H8 and BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
