Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would, because of its height and incongruous roof design, adversely affect the appearance of the site and the visual amenity of the locality. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies BE8 and H8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
