Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would, because of its height and design, result in unaccepable overlooking of Number 3 Walnut Acre, which would be harmful to the privacy and amenity of its occupiers. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies H8 and BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
