Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed front extension would, by reason of its depth, height, size and design and bulk appear to have a detrimental impact on the character and appearance of the house itself and appear out of keeping and as an alien feature in the street scene generally. It would also have an overbearing impact on the occupiers of No. 1 Jennings Close, resulting in loss of light, outlook and overshadowing effect, to the detriment of the residential amenities. This would be contrary to Policy BE1 of the Adopted Mid Beds Local Plan and Policy DPS6 of the Mid Beds Local Plan First Review Deposit Draft. Signed......................
