Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission. 2. The permission shall extend only to the application as amended by letter and plans received on the 11.4.01. 3. A detailed specification for the rough cast render mix together with the method of applying the render to the listed building shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works hereby approved. The development shall accord with the approved details. 4. A 1:50 scale internal elevation of the front wall at ground level only, indicating the size and position of the timber frame (existing and proposed frame members), shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved. Reasons ------- 1. To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out. 2. For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is implemented in accordance with the plans formally approved by the Local Planning Authority. 3. To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan. 4.
