Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission. 2. All new windows shall be single glazed and the external joinery finish of those windows shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of that part of the development hereby approved. The development shall accord with the approved details. 3. The new brickwork to the single storey rear extension shall match the existing in colour, bond and mortar type unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. 4. A specification for the external render of the south facing gable end shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of that part of the development hereby approved. The development shall accord with the approved details. <<B,U>>Reason(s):<<XB,XU>> 1. To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out. 2. To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan. 3.
