Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/04/01014
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The size and scale of the proposed extensions would lead to the dwelling becoming excessively large in terms of the reasonable requirements of the agricultural enterprise and as such would be contrary to Policy H10 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review and Government guidance contained in Annex A to Planning Policy Statement 7 "Sustainable Development in Rural Areas". The proposal would therefore be inappropriate development contrary to Policy 24 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policy GB1 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review wherein within the Green Belt planning permission will not be given except in very special circumstances. No very special circumstances have been established in this case.
