Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development (timber decking) hereby granted permission shall be dark stained or painted Olive Green in colour within 28 days of the date of this permission in accordance with details which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority, and the approved finish shall thereafter be retained.
REASON: To protect the visual amenities of the area.
(Policy 10; B.S.P., BE8, S.B.L.P.R.).
