Conditions or Reasons:
1) The standard of driver/driver inter-visibility at the junction of the proposed access and Birds Hill is below acceptable standards and the application, if approved, would lead to conditions of obstruction, danger and inconvenience to users of the highway and the property. The proposal is accordingly contrary to Policy 42 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policy T1 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
