Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/04/01109
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) New external brickwork shall match that of the existing dwelling as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8 S.B.L.P.R.).
3) The proposed building shall only be used for residential purposes ancillary to the dwelling house No.38 Kirby Road and for no other purpose in Class C3 of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification).
REASON: To control the development in the interests of amenity.
(Policy BE8 S.B.L.P.R.).
4) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan, Site Plan, Floor Plan and Elevations Drawings received 23/08/04 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
