Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/04/01297
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than five years from the date of this consent.
REASON: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2) Before the development is commenced and notwithstanding any information submitted with the application, section drawings at a scale of 1:5 showing the door, threshold, frame and relationship of the doors with the external wall construction shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved drawings.
REASON: To ensure control over the appearance of the listed building and to preserve its historic character.
3) Before development begins and notwithstanding any information submitted with the application, section drawings at a scale of 1:5 shall be submitted showing the frame, sash, glazing bar and cill of the proposed windows together with their relationship with the external wall construction shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved drawings.
REASON: To ensure control over the appearance of the listed building and to preserve its historic character
4) This consent relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan, Photographs and Drawing No. BJ/TBLR/1 received 12/10/04 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
