Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/04/01311
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Before development begins, samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of all new buildings shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To control the appearance of the building/s.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8, S.B.L.P.R.).
2) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no extensions to the building hereby permitted or insertions of additional windows or rooflights in the building hereby permitted shall be carried out without the grant of further specific permission from the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To protect the living conditions of occupiers of neighbouring properties and the amenity of the area.
(Policies 10 B.S.P. & BE8 S.B.L.P.R.).
3) This approval relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan, Site Layout Plan and Drawing No. 16904/A received 14/10/04 and Drawing No. 16904 REV. 1 received 23/11/04 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
