Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/04/01466
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) New external brickwork and roofing materials shall match those of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8 S.B.L.P.R).
3) Before the work is commenced and notwithstanding any information submitted with the application, samples and or details of the following:
-details of proposed garage and personal door to include their finish;
shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority. The development shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details and samples.
REASON: To ensure control over the appearance of the building and to safeguared the setting of this part of the Toddington Conservation Area.

4) This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawings Nos. L2 Rev. A and P2 Rev. A received 17/11/04 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
