Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/04/01500
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) New roof tiles shall match those of the existing building as closely as possible. Walls shall be faced in magnolia pebbledash render as shown on the submitted Elevations, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8 S.B.L.P.R).
3) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan, Block Plan, Elevations and Floor Plans received 23/11/04 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
