Conditions or Reasons: | 1)
1. The ground and first floor windows in the rear elevation of the development hereby permitted shall be fitted with obscure glazing at all times. 2. Details of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted. 3. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1988, or as may be subsequently altered or re-enacted, no works shall be commenced for the extension or material alteration of the building, or the erection of any building or structure within its curtilage, until detailed plans and elevations have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. 4. The permission shall extend only to the application as amended by plans received on the 22.2.95 and 14.3.95. Reasons ------- 1. To safeguard the amenities of occupiers of adjoining properties. 2. To protect the visual amenities of the building and of the area generally. 3. To exclude certain development rights under the said Development Order with a view to safeguarding the appearance of the building and the surrounding area. 4. For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is implemented in accordance with the plans formally approved by the Local Planning Authority. Note to Applicant ----------------- The applicant is advised that no works associated with the construction of the vehicular access should be carried out within the confines of the public highway without the prior consent, in writing, of the County Engineer, Bedfordshire County Council, County Hall, Bedford, MK42 9AP. The applicant is also advised that if any of the works associated with the construction of the vehicular access affects or requires the removal and/or the relocation of any equipment, apparatus or structures (e.g. street name plates, bus stop signs or shelters, statutory authority equipment etc.) then the applicant will be required to bear the cost of such removal or alteration. |
