Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission. 2. The permission shall extend only to the application as amended by letter and plans received on the 19th June 2000. 3. A sample of the proposed roof tile and weatherboarding shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the commencement of that part of the development hereby approved. The development shall accord with the approved details. 4. When constructing the extension roof no roof timbers forming the roof of the principal building shall be cut or removed unless otherwise approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reasons ------- 1. To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out. 2. For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is implemented in accordance with the plans formally approved by the Local Planning Authority. 3.
