| Conditions or Reasons: | 1)
The works shall begin not later than five years from the date of this consent.
REASON: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. |

Before work begins and notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, details of the materials to be used for the external windows, doors, walls and roofs and rainwater goods of the proposed building work shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority. The work shall be carried out only in accordance with the approved details.
REASON: To protect the special architectural and historic interest of the building.
(Policies 13 & 14, B.S.P.; BE2, S.B.L.P.R). |

Before work begins and notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, detailed drawings of the proposed new external windows, doors and roof lights showing fenestration, sections, mouldings, the relationship with the external envelope of the building, and arch/cill details (where relevant) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority.The work shall be carried out only in accordance with the approved details.
REASON: To protect the special architectural and historic interest of the building.

Before work begins and notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, a schedule and specification of repair works detailing all proposed works of repair and making good to the fabric of the building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority. The work shall be carried out only in accordance with the approved details.
REASON: To protect the Special Architectural and Historic interest of the building.

This Consent relates only to the details shown on Drawings Nos. P001 A & S001 A received on the 25th January 2005 and the Site Location Plan recieved on the 3rd March 2005 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt. |
