Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/05/00076
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) Before development begins and notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, details of the materials to be used for the external windows, doors, walls and roofs and rainwater goods of the proposed building work shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out only in accordance with the approved details.
REASON: To control the appearance of the building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R).
3) Before development begins and notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, detailed drawings of the proposed new external windows, doors and roof lights showing fenestration, sections, mouldings, the relationship with the external envelope of the building, and arch/cill details (where relevant) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority.The development shall be carried out only in accordance with the approved details.
REASON: To control the appearance of the building.

4) This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawings Nos. P001 A & S001 A received on the 25th January 2005 and the Site Location Plan received on the 3rd March 2005 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
