Conditions or Reasons: | 1)
The works hereby consented shall be begun within five years of the date of this permission.
Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out. |

All new windows in the principal listed building shall be single glazed unless otherwise agreed and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the character, integrity and setting of this important Grade II listed building. |
3)
All brickwork repairs to the principal listed building shall match the existing in type, bond and mortar mix unless otherwise agreed and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. A trial section of brickwork repairs shall be inspected by the Local Planning Authority before further brickwork repairs are undertaken.
Reason: To safeguard the character, appearance, integrity and setting of this important Grade II listed building. |

A sample of the brick and confirmation of the bond to be used in the construction of the wall between Glebe House and the proposed outbuilding shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of that part of the development hereby approved. Only the approved bricks shall be used.

A sample of all external materials, including brick type, brick bond and roof materials for the construction of the outbuilding shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Only the approved materials shall be used.

All external joinery finishes for the outbuilding, glazed link and swimming pool shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of that part of the development hereby approved. Only the approved details shall be implemented.

Window number 14 on Elevation G-G shall match precisely the windows immediately to their right unless otherwise agreed and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Windows number 14 on Elevation E-E shall match precisely the windows immediately to their right unless otherwise agreed and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the character, appearance, integrity and setting of this important Grade II listed building. |
9)
A 1:10 scale drawing of the ground floor window on Elevation D-D shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of that part of the development hereby approved. The two ground floor windows in the outbuilding on Elevation E-E shall match precisely the window on D-D.

Details of the type of construction of the glazed walls including;
i) a 1:20 scale drawing indicating the framing around one of the glazed panels, and
ii) a 1:1 scale section details of one of the framing uprights, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of that part of the development hereby approved.
Reason: To safeguard the character, appearance, integrity and setting of this important Grade II listed building. |
11)
A section drawing (extending from the north west external wall through to the south east external wall via the doorway between the proposed flower room and kitchen) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement of the development hereby permitted. The development shall accord with the approved details.

The permission shall extend only to the application as amended by letter and plans received on the 17 September 2001 and 18 February 2002.
Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is implemented in accordance with the plans formally approved by the Local Planning Authority. |
