Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/01/01396/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within five years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) The summerhouse identified in photograph 1 of the sheet entitled 'garden buildings' shall not be taken down until planning approval has been granted for its relocation. The summerhouse shall be recreated within three months of being taken down and the Local Planning Authority shall be notified of the date of demolition.

Reason: To safeguard the Summerhouse in the interest of the historic integrity of the site.
3) The permission shall extend only to the application as amended by plans received on 18th February, 2002.

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is implemented in accordance with the plans formally approved by the Local Planning Authority.
