Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/05/00149
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) Before development is commenced, details of the bases on which the proposed buildings are to be erected shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority. The bases shall be constructed only in accordance with the approved details.
REASON: To safeguard the adjoining trees.
(Policies NE4, S.B.L.P.R.).
3) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Elevation, Floor and Block Plans received 23/02/05 and the Site Location Plan received 15/03/05 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
