Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission.
2. Details of the materials to be used for the rainwater goods, window frames, external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted.
3. Detailed drawings of the following items to a scale of 1:20 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development hereby approved is commenced: - doors, window <<B,U>>Reasons:<<XB,XU>> 1. To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which is designed to ensure that a planning permission does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out. 2. To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan. 3.
