Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/05/00200/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) New external brickwork and roofing materials shall match those of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8 S.B.L.P.R).
3) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no additional windows shall be inserted into the first floor of the north-eastern facing elevation of the proposed extension.
REASON: To protect the amenity of neighbouring residents.
(Policy H8 S.B.L.P.R).
4) Ground water conditions are to be investigated to ensure suitability for soakaway method of storm water disposal. Soakaway are to be constructed in accordance with the latest Building Research Establishment Digest.
REASON: To protect the local environment.
(Policy H8 S.B.L.P.R).
5) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location and Layout Plans, Floor Plans and Elevational Details received 01/04/05 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
