Conditions or Reasons:
1) (1) The permission hereby granted shall expire on 30th June 1974 and thereupon the use hereby permitted shall cease, unless before that time an application for a further period of consent has been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. REASON: The site is in an area shown on the Structure Map for Leighton Linslade urban district as intended primarily for residential use and, therefore, to grant permanent approval to the proposal would be contrary to these proposals.
