Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development as amended by reason of its incongruous design, size, siting and excessive rearward projection has an unacceptable impact on the visual amenities of the area and the occupiers of the neighbouring residential properties. The development is therefore contrary to the principles of good design as set out in Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies H8 and BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
