Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/05/00299/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would result in a building, which because of its form, bulk, massing and design, would be inappropriate in, and affect the openness of the Green Belt. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy 24 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policy H13 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
2) The proposed development would result in a building which, because of its form, bulk, design and massing, would result in an intensification of built development on the plot which makes a significant contribution towards the openness and rural character of the Stanbridge Area of Special Character. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and POlicies BE8 and BE6 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
