Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/05/00300/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed replacement dwelling would be of a significantly greater floorspace, size and height than that existing and in total would occupy a different more prominant site than the existing bungalow and therefore would be more intrusive in the landscape and detrimental to the openness of the Green Belt. No very special circumstances have been advanced in support of the proposal and it is therefore contrary to Policy 24 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and to Policy H14 and GB1 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
