Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/05/00339
Conditions or Reasons:
The operations described in the First Schedule hereto constitute development within the meaning given in Section 55 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended). However the development would not result in a material alteration to the shape of the dwellinghouse and therefore pursuant to Article 3 and Class C of Part 1 of Schedule 2 of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 and Sections 58 to 61 of the above mentioned Act the operations constitute permitted development for which planning permission is deemed to be granted and expressed planning permission need not be obtained in respect thereof.
