1) 1. The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission. 2. The new window shall be in timber and painted white unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Reasons ------- 1. To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out. 2. To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan. Signed......................
