Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/05/00525
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than five years from the date of this consent.
REASON: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2) Before demolition, substantial protective fencing in accordance with Section 8 of BS 5837:1991, the details of which shall first be approved in writing by the District Planning Authority, shall be erected in the position shown on approved drawing 04/426/05 and the fencing shall be retained at full height and extent until the site is cleared of rubble. No vehicle shall enter nor materials be stored or deposited within the area so protected.
REASON: To protect the trees so enclosed in accordance with Section 8 of BS 5837 of 1991 or as may be subsequently amended.

3) This consent relates only to the details shown on Drawing 04/426/05 received 18/05/05 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
