Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. Details of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted. 2. The first floor windows to the bathroom and bedroom No. 2 of the south eastern elevation of the development shall be fitted with obscure glass of a type to substantially restrict vision through it at all times, and restriction on its opening, details of which shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority before occupation of the dwelling. Reasons ------- 1. To protect the visual amenities of the building and of the area generally. 2. To safeguard the amenities of occupiers of adjoining properties. Signed......................
