Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission. 2. No development shall take place until details of the means of protection of the existing [tree(s)/shrubs/hedgerow(s)] on the site during building works have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and any measures thereby approved shall be fully implemented until the development is completed. 3. Before any development is commenced on the site details of the foundations of the extension hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. 4. All external works hereby permitted shall be carried out in materials to match as closely as possible in colour, type and texture, those of the existing building. <<B,U>>Reasons:<<XB,XU>> 1.
