| Conditions or Reasons: | 1)
The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
2)
The fencing and surface materials shall remain in accordance with those specified on the approved Drawing unless otherwise approved in writing by the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To safeguard the Green Belt and important landscape.

The gallop shall only be used for the exercise of greyhounds normally kennelled at Beechfield Lodge and shall not be used for any other purpose including exercise of dogs brought to the site, racing of dogs or the running of dogs for sport or betting. The gallop shall only be operated without the attendance of any spectators.
REASON: To maintain control of the use of land in the Green Belt.

The gallop shall only be operated by Mr and Mrs Ephremsen and Mr M Wale and shall not be let or rented to any other person, partnership, firm or company.

The gallop shall not be used except for a maximum of 2 hours between the hours of 0900 and 1500 hours on any day except as may be amended in writing by the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To safeguard the local residents from any nuisance or harm that may arise from the use.
