Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/05/00589/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) The external finish of the walls and roofing materials to be used for the extension shall match that of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8 S.B.L.P.R).
3) Before development is commenced the section of the existing garage shown cross-hatched black on the approved plan shall be demolished and the resultant materials removed from the site.
REASON: To enable the District Planning Authority to exercise proper control over the development having regard to the location of the property within the Green Belt and the need to safeguard openness.
(Policies 10 & 24 B.S.P. and BE8, GB1, H8 and H13, S.B.L.P.R)
4) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan and Drawing No. 281.1 received 6/6/2005* or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
