Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan, Drawing No. 2463 and Drawings Nos. H/KWH15 Rev. B, H.KWH/16 Rev. B and H/KWH17 Rev. B received 09/06/05 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
