Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/00/00202/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission.
2. The premises shall be open only between the hours of 1800 and 2330 on Monday to Saturday and at no time on Sundays or Public Holidays.
3. Details of the means of extraction of fumes and smells from the premises shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in writing and any equipment or arrangements made thereby approved shall be installed in the premises and be available for use before the use to which permission relates is commenced.
4. The extraction system should incorporate a grease filter and a suitable odour neutralisation system including an electrostatic precipitator and charcoal filters. This shall be regularly maintained to ensure its continued satisfactory operation and the cooking process shall cease to operate if at any time the extraction equipment ceases to function to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.
5. An appropriate grease trap should be fitted to the drainage system before the use commences to minimise the amount of fat entering the sewer. This trap should be regularly cleaned and maintained to ensure its continued effectiveness.
6. Prior to the premises being brought into use for the purpose hereby permitted, a scheme providing for the adequate storage of refuse from this use shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall be carried out and thereafter retained at all times.
7. The use hereby permitted shall not commence until provision has been made within and in the vicinity of the site for the disposal of litter resulting from the use and such provision shall be in accordance with details agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
