Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/05/00754
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) New external brickwork and roofing materials shall match those of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8 S.B.L.P.R).
3) Prior to the first occupation or use of the extension hereby permitted, the existing outbuilding shown cross-hatched black on the approved ground floor plan shall be demolished and the resultant materials removed from the site.
REASON: To enable the District Planning Authority to exercise proper control over the development having regard to the green belt location of the property. (Policies 24, B.S.P; GB1 and H13 S.B.L.P.R)
4) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan and Drawing No.s tringrd 65/1, 65/6 and 65/8, received 18/7/05 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
