Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension and conversion by way of its size and scale would have an unacceptable loss of light and overbearing impact on the adjacent dwelling no. 17 Water Lane. As such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997 as proposed to be amended and the adopted Mid Bedfordshire District Council Supplementary Planning Guidance on house extensions and alterations.
