Conditions or Reasons:
1) Details of the colour of staining to be used for the fence shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority within 2 months of the date of this permission and the apprvoed details shall be applied to the fence within 3 months of the date of this permission.

Reason: To protect the visual amenities of the area generally.
