Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/02/00580/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which is designed to ensure that a planning permission does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) Details of the stain finish for the vertically boarded doors shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement of the development hereby permitted. Only the approved stain shall be used.

Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the completed development.
3) Details of the material finish to the driveway hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement of the development hereby approved.

Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the completed development.
4) The garage doors shall at all times be side hung and constructed in accordance with the details submitted and illustrated on drawing p3.

Reason: In the interests of the appearance and character of the area.
