Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed dormers, by reason of their size, siting and design represent incongruous additions to the house to the detriment of its character and appearance. This will be contrary to Policy BE1 of the Adopted Local Plan, Policy DPS6 of the Mid Beds Local Plan First Review Deposit Draft and this Authority's Adopted SPG on House Extensions and Alterations. It will also conflict with advice in PPG3. The dormers will also have an adverse impact on the visual amenities of the area generally.
