Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension, by nature of its size and design, represents an unacceptable non-subservient enlargement of the dwelling to the detriment of the character and appearance of the streetscene; as such the proposal is contrary to policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997 as proposed to be amended and adopted Supplementary Planning Guidance "House Extensions and Alterations" (1997).
