Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extensions and alterations to this detached house will by reason of their size, scale form and design be out of keeping with the character of the property and not appear subservient to the existing dwelling. This would be contrary to Policy BE1 of the Adopted Mid Beds Local Plan, Policy DPS6 of the Review Local Plan and our SPG on House Extensions and Alterations. In addition, the proposals will be out of keeping with the visual amenities of the street scene.
