Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/02/00849/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed two storey triple garage with rooms over will by reason of its size, height, design and form be contrary to Policy BE1 of the Adopted Mid Beds Local Plan and Policy DPS6 of the Review Local Plan in that it will not appear as subservient in scale and function to the existing property. It will also have an adverse impact on the visial amenities of this open and exposed rurual area.
2) The proposals, if permitted, would lead to the increase in use of an existing access at which the driver visibility is severely restricted to a level below that required to permit a safe and convenient manoeuvre and would therefore lead to the danger and inconvenience of other users of the highway.
