Conditions or Reasons:
1) The erection of a dwelling on a site of restricted width in such close proximity to neighbouring dwellings would appear as overdevelopment of the site having a cramped appearance to the detriment of the visual amenities of the area. This would be contrary to Adopted Local Plan Policy H4 and Mid Beds Local Plan First Review Deposit Draft Policy DPS5.
2) The proposed erection of a dwelling on this site would have an adverse impact on the amenities of neighbours by way of loss of outlook, overbearing impact and overlooking. This would be contrary to Policy BE1 of the Adopted Mid Beds Local Plan and Policy DPS5 of the Mid beds Local Plan First Review Deposit Draft.
