Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed front extension by reason of its size, siting and design will appear out of keeping with the character of the house to the detriment of the visual amenities of the area. This would be contrary to Policy BE1 of the Adopted Mid Beds Local Plan and Policy DPS6 of the Mid Beds Local Plan First Review and the comments in SPG on House Extensions and Alterations.
