Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension, by nature of its size and design, represents an unacceptable enlargement of the dwelling to the detriment of its rural setting; as such the proposal is contrary to polices CS19 and DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997 as proposed to be amended and also Mid Bedfordshire District Council's Supplementary Planning Guidance entitled 'House Extensions and Alterations' (Adopted 1997).
