Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/02/01145/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The use hereby permitted shall be carried on for a limited period of 2 years commencing from the date of this decision notice, at the end of which period the use shall cease.

Reason: The proposal is stated in the application to be for a temporary period only.
2) This permission shall not be exercised by any person other than Mr Paul C Salisbury whilst he is permanently residing at 24 Beancroft Road, Marston Moretaine, MK43 0PY and shall not enure for the benefit of the land.

Reason: To ensure that planning control of the use of land is retained by the Local Planning Authority following disposal of the applicant's interest therein.
3) This permission shall be restricted to the blue Bedford horse transporter, vehicle registration PVS 800R shown on photographs MBDC/P1-P10 (excluding MBDC/P5) and shall not enure for the benefit of the land.

Reason: To ensure that planning control of the use of land is retained by the Local Planning Authority following disposal of the applicant's interest therein.
4) The blue Bedford horse transporter, vehicle registration PVS 800R shown on photographs MBDC/P1-P10 (excluding MBDC/P5) is only permitted to leave the 24 Beancroft Road, Marston Moretaine between the hours of 6 am to 9 pm.

Reason: To safeguard the amenities which the occupiers of neighbouring properties might reasonably expect to enjoy.
5) The parking of the blue Bedford horse transporter, vehicle registration PVS 800R shall be restricted to the location as detailed on the approved drawing MBDC/2. Any change in the siting of the parking of this vehicle must be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To protect the visual amenities of the surrounding area.
